Arrival in the romantic town of Steyr, idyllically situated at the junction of the Enns and Steyr. After moving into your hotel, you will have the opportunity to explore Steyr on your own. In the evening, we serve a 4-course gourmet dinner in the romantic arcaded courtyard or in our restaurant in the vaulted cellar.
Saturday:
In the morning take a leisurely stroll through the farmers' markets in the town center.
In the afternoon, visit the cider tavern "Hansbauer" with cider tasting in the cellar followed by a bacon snack. Or a take a guided town tour including a visit of the Lamberg castle.
In the evening, you will experience a highlight of the Austrian music scene with cult status about the "not so seriously meant" story of a mountain farmer, his son and his servants.

A night watchman in traditional clothing carrying a lantern and halberd takes you on a tour through the romantic medieval town of Steyr, telling you the tales and legends of long ago days.
The best way to discover Steyr is to float through on a Segway. State-of-the-art sensors ensure that the scooter keeps its balance. Powered by an electric motor the Segway can drive at speeds of up to 20 km/h carrying its driver effortlessly over historic cobblestone streets and across the numerous bridges in the Wehrgraben district.

The Flyer mountain bike with its additional electric drive will let you handle ascents, which you previously considered as "insurmountable", with ease. You will easily manage 800 meters in an hour - we tested it!
